Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

My stay at the Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa was a mixed bag. I loved the hotel's location near the Old Quarter and the serene atmosphere of the street it's on. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I did encounter some annoyances, like noise at night from nearby construction and some maintenance issues in my room.

I had a great stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa, really well-located just a block from Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was clean and Simon, the manager, was incredibly helpful with organizing my trips and handling requests. However, it was a bit noisy at night due to nearby construction, which made sleeping less pleasant than I had hoped for.

Overall, I would highly recommend it for its friendly service and convenient location.
