Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa, Hanoi

My stay at the Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa was a mixed bag. I loved the hotel’s location near the Old Quarter and the serene atmosphere of the street it’s on. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I did encounter some annoyances, like noise at night from nearby construction and some maintenance issues in my room.

I had a great stay at Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa, really well-located just a block from Hoan Kiem Lake. The hotel was clean and Simon, the manager, was incredibly helpful with organizing my trips and handling requests. However, it was a bit noisy at night due to nearby construction, which made sleeping less pleasant than I had hoped for.

My stay at the Hanoi Elpis Hotel & Spa was quite mixed. I loved the spacious room with a king bed and the convenient location close to the old quarter. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and the disinfectant smell throughout the hotel was overwhelming.

I couldn't help but notice how kind and helpful the staff was, always going the extra mile to assist me. However, I found the breakfast options a bit limited, which was a slight downside.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located perfectly to explore both the Old Quarter and the French Quarter, though the area can be a bit hectic at times. Overall, I would highly recommend it for its friendly service and convenient location.
